WHOA Announces Judges for Spring Extravaganza

The Walking Horse Owners’ Association is pleased to announce the judging panel for the upcoming Spring Extravaganza.
Serving on the judges’ stand for this year’s event will be Joe Fraley of Wallingford, Kentucky, Zach Parsons of Bolivar, Tennessee, and Ruth Ann Spinelli of Kansasville, Wisconsin.
